Instructions for Community Organizations

Peachjar manages eflyer distribution on behalf of our district and schools using the latest electronic communication technology. Once your flyer is posted to a school’s Peachjar site, parents can view on there. Each school has a link to the relevant Peachjar site in the icon section of the school's website. Additionally, your flyer will be delivered to all parents’/guardians’ emails as an embedded image, not a link. This means parents will immediately see your flyer and be able to click through to your website to sign-up for an event or to learn more information about your organization and the event.

Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed to students. Peachjar charges outside organizations a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.  

To post a flyer . . .

  • Register as an Enrichment Provider (account type) at www.peachjar.com.

  • Select your desired school(s).

  • Ensure your PDF flyer meets all guidelines listed here. Specifically, it must require the district's disclaimer. 

  • Upload your PDF flyer for approval (file size must be smaller than 6 MB).

The flyer is then automatically submitted to the district for approval. Our District’s Assistant Superintendent will review the material and approve or deny the flyer based on the standards described below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online.  

Please note that out of respect for our parents/guardians, we want to limit the number of emails they receive. Therefore, the Avonworth School District will review, approve, and distribute flyers via Peachjar only once each week.  Our goal is to send flyers at the end of each week. Therefore, please be cognizant of the amount of lead time needed to ensure your flyer is distributed with the desired amount of time before your event, registration for a league or event, etc.

Peachjar's Community Free Flyer Guidelines

Peachjar's Community Free Flyer Program is our way of giving back to communities by covering the fees for one Community Free flyer per 28 days for organizations promoting a charitable free program, service, or resource where children are the direct beneficiary. Learn more.
