Important Information for Avonworth Volunteers

Dear Avonworth Parents, Caregivers, and Volunteers,

As you may recall from a communication shared in August, TMX Compliance is going out of business. The district previously used TMX to house volunteer clearances.

We are excited to share that a new volunteer system is now in place for the district - Raptor VolunteerSafe.

If you have been a volunteer and your clearances were in TMX, please take a moment to resubmit your clearances by completing the new application process via the Avonworth School District Volunteer Application.

Similarly, if you have not yet volunteered, but are hoping to do so in the future, please submit your clearances by completing the new application process via the Avonworth School District Volunteer Application.

The website will walk you through the process and ultimately ask you to upload your required clearances before you can submit your application for review.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the process, please contact your building secretary or the athletics secretary.

Volunteers play a vital role in our schools. We sincerely appreciate the time and effort our volunteers give throughout the school year. Thank you for all you do to support our students and our schools.
