Dr. Dwulit has been selected as a 2026 Pittsburgh Penguins MVP (Most Valuable Principal), a prestigious honor recognizing outstanding school leadership, a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, and a deep dedication to student success.
Chosen from an extensive pool of nominations, Dr. Dwulit is one of only 15 building administrators across Allegheny County to receive this recognition. The award is presented by the Pittsburgh Penguins in partnership with the Grable Foundation and the Allegheny Intermediate Unit, highlighting principals whose leadership has made a meaningful and lasting impact on their school communities.
This honor reflects Dr. Dwulit’s passion for fostering strong learning environments, supporting educators, and creating opportunities that allow all students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
As part of the recognition, Dr. Dwulit will be honored at a Pittsburgh Penguins game in March, a customized Penguins jersey, and a $1,000 donation to the school.
