Avonworth Students Attend Constitution Day at Pittsburgh City Building

Avonworth High School students marked Constitution Day with an educational visit to the Pittsburgh City Building. Attendees included members of the Humanities Pathway and Mock Trial programs at AHS.

During the day, students had the rare opportunity to observe proceedings in both the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Court of Common Pleas. They also listened as judges shared details about their cases and reflected on their own career journeys in the legal field.

The experience gave students a firsthand look at the justice system in action while inspiring them to think about civic responsibility, the law, and potential future career paths.
