'Lopes Learning Academy
At Avonworth School District, one of our five pillars is “Learn Together.” Just as we are committed to helping our students learn and grow, we’d also like to help support parents and families along the way. That's why we started our “‘Lopes Learning Academy” series during the 2022-2023 school year.
‘Lopes Learning Academy includes both in person and virtual events that cover a variety of topics that may be of interest to parents. We will advertise our ‘Lopes Learning Academy sessions throughout the school year on the website, social media and via email. Parents and community members are welcome and encouraged to attend any events that are of interest to them. Event topics may include Avonworth curriculum nights, help filling out the FAFSA, tips for keeping your children safe online, events where you can meet your neighbors, and more!

Our first 'Lopes Learning Academy session featured Avonworth's partnership with Care Solace, a mental health service that supports the district's ongoing commitment to the health, safety, and well-being of our students, staff, and families.
