BOARD MEETING REGISTRATION PROCESS
The public can attend Avonworth School Board Meetings in person or remotely. Use the appropriate links above to register for in-person attendance or remote attendance.
Public comment can be made if attending in person or remotely (Policy 903). If you wish to make a public comment on an agenda item, registration is required and you must do so before the meeting is scheduled to begin. If you wish to make a general comment, registration is not required but is encouraged. General public comments will be taken during new business at the end of the meeting. A link to register to make a public comment during a scheduled school board meeting can be found above. The board meeting agenda is posted by Friday evening before the Monday Board meeting. The registration links for Board meetings will also go live by Friday evening before a Monday Board meeting once the agenda is posted. Agendas for Board meetings can be accessed HERE.
The Buildings & Grounds Committee meeting originally scheduled for Monday, September 19, 2022 has been canceled. The next Buildings & Grounds Committee meeting will be on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 6:30 PM.
