GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute awards more than $1 million in college scholarships to exceptional student leaders each year. High school seniors nationwide who demonstrate leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship are invited to apply for the 2020 GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program. This program annually provides college-bound students with $10,000 renewable scholarships – up to $40,000 total per recipient – and supports them as they lead and serve in college and beyond
National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame
The Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame awards scholarships of $4,000 each to five very deserving high school senior athlete.

PA American Legion - The Robert W. Valimont
The Robert W. Valimont is awarded once a year of $600 and is mailed directly to the student after a copy of their grades for that semester is sent in to department and has a grade point average of 2.5 or better. This is a two year community college scholarship.
PA American Letion - Joseph P. Gavenonis Scholarship
The Joseph P. Gavenonis is awarded twice a year of $500 each semester after the student sends a copy of their grades to Department Headquarters and has a grade point average of 2.5 or better. A check will be mailed directly to the student for that semester. This scholarship is for seniors who wish to receive a degree in a four year college.
PA American Legion - Robert J. Trace Scholarship Fund
The Robert J. Trace Scholarship Fund is available to every student 15 to 18 years of age residing within the state of Pennsylvania and meeting the following criteria:
A child or grandchild of a Pennsylvania Legionnaire in good standing;
A child or grandchild of a deceased Pennsylvania Legionnaire;
A child of a Pennsylvania soldier that was killed as a result of the war on terrorism including the Pentagon, Iraq and Afghanistan.
Pennsylvania American Legion-Sebastianelli Drum corps Scholarship Fund
Doctor Almo Sebastianelli Drum corps Scholarship Fund is available to any senior residing in Pennsylvania who meets the following criteria: A child or grandchild of a Pennsylvania legionnaire in good standing or a child or grandchild of a deceased Pennsylvania Legionnaire. To be eligible a student must be a member of a high school band who is going on to higher education majoring in music. the Student needs to include his/her current high school transcript. the higher education school must be in Pennsylvania, letter of college acceptance must be included. Selection will be made by the members of the committee. One winner will be selected to receive a $500.00 scholarship. Anyone wishing to apply is required to submit an application on or before May 1st in order to receive consideration for the following September to The American Legion, Department of Pennsylvania, 800 N Front Street, Wormleysburg, PA 17043.
Kades-Margolis/Bert Cameron College Scholarship Program
The Kades-Marolis/Bert Cameron Scholarship Committee will award one $1,000 scholarship to the eligible son/daughter (student) of a PSE Western Region member who plans to pursue a career in Pennsylvania Public Education.
Jack Kent Cooke Foundation's College Scholarship Program
Scholarships can open doors for students who aspire to go to college but don't have the funds. The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation's College Scholarship Program is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend and graduate from the nation's best four-year colleges and universities. In addition to the monetary award, Cooke scholars receive comprehensive educational advising, significant cohort-based programming, and graduate school funding, as well as access to a thriving network of more than 2,600 fellow Cooke scholars and alumni.
The Cooke Foundation College Scholarship Program application (exclusively through the Common App) closes November 13, 2019.

As one of the nation's largest need-based college scholarship programs in the country, the Horatio Alger Scholarship Programs specifically assist high school students who've faced and overcome great obstacles in their young lives. Heisman High School Scholarship
The Heisman High School Scholarship continues a 25-year tradition of honoring high school seniors who accomplish tremendous feats in the classroom, on the field, and most importantly, within their communities. The scholarship recognizes and rewards both male and female high school athletes who are community-minded and driven to use their exceptional talents for the benefit of all.
We are pleased to announce that the 2020-2021 application is now live. The program allows students to self-nominate, with no limitations to the number of applicants from each school who can apply to receive a one-time scholarship of $2,500.
